What we do

CalmAid offers on-device emotion support: breathing guidance, emotion labeling, and private journaling.

Data we collect

We do not collect or transmit personal data. We do not run analytics, ads, or third-party trackers.

Data stored on your device

Journal entries and custom emotions are saved locally on your device only. They are not synced to any server. Removing the app deletes this data.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not handle or see your payment details. Apple may share anonymous transaction info needed to verify your entitlement.

Permissions

CalmAid does not request access to contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.

Children

CalmAid is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required by your region, use the app only with a parent/guardian.

Your controls

To remove your data, delete your journal entries in-app or uninstall CalmAid. This clears locally stored data on your device.
